To upgrade your license in SC, you must meet the following criteria:
Experience: Hold an active salesperson license for at least three years within the last five years.
Education: Complete 150 total hours of education (90 hours from your initial salesperson license + the 60 hours provided in this course).
Examination: Successfully pass the South Carolina Real Estate Broker Examination.
